Terms & Conditions – Amazon Pay Gift Voucher
1. Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.
3. Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
4. The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
5. The Amazon Gift Voucher is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
6. Gift Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
7. This gift voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
8. Validity of Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, new EGVs cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
9. Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India Website or App, it will be valid for 3 months for utilization.
10. This gift voucher is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets /stores
11. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
12. EGVs are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the EGVs and transaction undertaken using the EGV. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the EGV with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the EGV in this regard.
Terms and Conditions - Rs. 500 Zomato Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 500 off on the Food Partner App (Zomato) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.
Offer valid for all days of the week.
4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
5. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
7. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.

10. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 500
Terms & Conditions for Dinner For 2 (Monday to Sunday)
1. This offer entitles you to One Free Dinner for 2 (Monday to Sunday) at participating restaurants in select cities of India.
2. To avail of the offer, please present the booking confirmation e-voucher and SMS confirmation at the
venue prior to making the order or on arrival.
3. The offer is valid across a select range of lunch buffet/set menu selections at select restaurants. Each venue may have a separate selection that falls under this offer. The customer is advised to call the
restaurant in advance and check for details prior to usage.
4. This is an offer for up to a maximum of two people only and applicable only on the Dinner buffet/set menu. Side dishes and extras are not included.
7. Any additional courses, beverages ordered must be paid in extra at actual by the customers on
clearing the bill at the restaurant.
8. This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other special offer.
9. The list of participating restaurants remains subject to change.
10. The voucher can be used only once per venue, per day over the validity period. Multiple vouchers
cannot be clubbed together.
11. Beverages and other items ordered which do not form part of this offer will be charged at actual.
12. Offer valid only for dine-in customers and not valid on home delivery.
13. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public Holidays).
14. Some participating venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer.
15. A minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice is mandatory to make a booking. Once confirmed, an SMS with the booking details will be sent to you.
16. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
17. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment or do not show at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.

14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
17. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the
information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning
of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a
violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not,
the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
18. Titan Company Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal
loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability
of featured venues and offers.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost,
stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices
without notice.
20. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and
holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the
applicable period of the promotional offer.
21. Titan Company Ltd does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as
vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be
taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
22. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in
Bangalore.
